Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 29 August 2026. This policy applies when Assurevance accepts payment for a service.

1. Scope

This policy applies only where Assurevance or Assurevance LLC takes payment for an application, assessment, renewal, or related service. The order page and any signed agreement prevail where they state different, lawful terms.

2. Before payment

Before collecting payment, we will present the applicable service, price, currency, tax treatment, payment schedule, cancellation position, and any non-refundable work already performed. You must ensure the payment method is authorised.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Eligibility for cancellation or a refund depends on the service purchased, work already performed, programme rules, and mandatory consumer law. We will not exclude rights that law makes non-excludable. Where a service has begun with your agreement, any refund may be reduced to reflect work already completed.

Requests should be sent to with the order reference, applicant name, reason, and supporting information. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and will tell you the outcome and any refund timing in writing.

4. Failed or disputed payments

We may pause the related application or service while a failed, reversed, fraudulent, or disputed payment is investigated. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible so we can resolve the issue.

5. Credential status

A refund, cancellation, or billing dispute does not itself change a credential’s public status. Any status decision will follow the applicable Terms and Assessment Rules.
