Accessibility Statement

Effective date: 29 August 2026. This statement explains the accessibility approach for the Assurevance website and public credential registry.

Our aim

Assurevance aims to make its public website and credential verification service usable by as many people as possible, including people using keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom, or assistive technology.

Current target

Our intended target is conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA, subject to a formal accessibility audit. This is a target, not a declaration of verified conformance until testing is complete.

Known review items

  • Complete keyboard-only and screen-reader testing of applications, verification, administration, and PDF content.
  • Review form labels, errors, focus order, contrast, responsive zoom, and document language.
  • Confirm that generated QR-backed certificate PDFs have accessible text alternatives and reading order.
  • Test with representative browsers and assistive technologies after deployment.

Alternative formats and feedback

If you have difficulty using the site or need an alternative format, contact or use our contact form. Please include the page URL, the issue, and your preferred contact method. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days.
